Waivers are required for every participant and can be found on our website. An electronic waiver must be completed for every guest in your party. Those under 18 years of age MUST have their waivers completed by their parent or legal guardian. Parents should not sign waivers for children other than their own. Guests should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to their scheduled jump time. We cannot grant additional jump/party room time should you or your guests arrive late. Your group or party will be jumping with the general public, unless a private court has been reserved. Outside food and drink is prohibited except for birthday cake, or cupcakes. If there are any allergies, food restrictions, or religious food accommodations, please contact one of our reservation specialists ASAP.
