Please arrive to ClubAir™ at least 15 minutes before your jump time.
An online registration and completed waiver must be received prior to arrival.
ClubAir™ New socks are required.
All sales are final.
No exchanges allowed.
Admission is based on availability and permitted capacity.
A jump band is required for access to all attractions.
Please ensure jump bands are visible at all times.
All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for cancellation or no show-ups.
Parties can be rescheduled to a future date within a year based on availability and with a 2-week notice given to ClubAir
ClubAir attractions are geared toward patrons 2 years and older.
* Please make sure to return your Jump Band or your account will be charged $50 per each band.
