VIP and Parties can be rescheduled to a future date within a year based on availability and with a 2-week notice given to ClubAir.

No refunds, two week-notice is required for a one time only curtesy for rescheduling your party to any future date within the next 12 months of your original booking date.

ClubAir™ packages may offer a variety of options / features that vary from a package to another. These features include:, ClubAir™ Socks, pizza and fountain drinks while in the party area, A dedicated party host to assist with set up and clean up in the party area, Paper goods and utensils, photo booth, photo slideshow, digital invitations, and lots more.

Waivers are required for every participant and can be found on our website. An electronic waiver must be completed for every guest in your party. Those under 18 years of age MUST have their waivers completed by their parent or legal guardian. Parents should not sign waivers for children other than their own. Guests should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to their scheduled jump time. We can not grant additional jump/party room time should you or your guests arrive late. Your group or party will be jumping with the general public, unless a private court has been reserved. Outside food is prohibited. No outside food or drinks such as chips or juice boxes or other items will be allowed in ClubAir™ except for birthday cake, or cupcakes. If there are any allergies, food restrictions, or religious food accommodations, please contact one of our reservation specialists asap.

ClubAir™ Glow parties are matched by no other! Glow parties are offered every night of the week after 6pm. ClubAir™ is fully equipped with laser light, hazers, UV lights, Black Mirror Ball, and lots of other light and sound fixtures that will give you an electrifying club feel! Our trampoline webbing, airbags, socks, artwork, and many of the features and colors used throughout ClubAir™ glow as well, which will enhance your experience beyond your imaginations. You also are welcome to acquire one of our ClubAir™ Glow T-Shirt to jump around in it or for memorializing your GLOWfied experience.
