1. Program
ClubAir®️ Phase I LLC (“ClubAir”) operates the ClubAir Text Messaging program. Through it, guests and potential customers of clubair can reach for customer support and get updates about their current or upcoming visits and bookings.

2. How you opt in
You start the conversation. If you call ClubAir at 908-604-0150 and we can’t answer, we may send one text to the number you called from, letting you know we missed your call and inviting you to reply. You may also text our business number at any time. By calling or texting us, you agree to receive text messages from ClubAir about your inquiry. You can call us or visit in person instead at any time.

3. Types of messages
Messages may include missed-call follow-ups, replies to your questions, booking confirmations, reminders and waiver links. We do not send marketing messages through this program.

4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us.

5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are set by your mobile carrier under your plan.

6. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. To rejoin, text START to the same number.

7. Help
Reply HELP to any message, email [email protected], or call 908-604-0150.

8. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy at clubair.fun/privacy-policy.

10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
