This facility is well staffed with kind and attentive people. The are kind, patient, and interactive with the children. On our first visit, the young men played with our kids and taught them how to use the equipment for optimal fun. I recommend this facility over the local Sky Zone to everyone!

I was a bit wary due to COVID, but the staff at ClubAir was very present, considerate, attentive, well-informed and on top of their game! from the gentleman at the front desk to the attendants... Everything was impeccably well-kept and clean. A+++

The individuals on the floor were so kind to my 2.5 year old. They went out of their way to help him. I wish I knew their names!!

The woman working today was amazing with my kids - I have three one of which is a year old and had a hard time juggling the 6 year old and 4 year old and the woman working was super helpful and sweet.
